LIABILITY WAIVER for Minors When organizing a large group of MINORS (kids under 18 years of age)  for an outing, please print our Waivers and have them signed in advance to help us process your group quickly upon arrival! JOB APPLICATION WAIVERS & SAFETY Know that our main objective is to provide families with an awesome place where they can have fun with no risk of injury. And, if we could drive the karts for you, that would be the case. HOWEVER, please remember that we cannot control everyone else's driving. Also know that we have a ZERO tolerence for those who attempt to drive recklessly. Those who attempt to do so are immediately removed from the Tracks with no refund, and in some cases, are denied future service altogether. Also, please realize that for everyone's safety, even small children cannot be allowed to drive in an unsafe manner, regardless of their intentions. We go to great lengths to make our safety rules known to all our guests before they get behind the wheel. Besides many additional maintenance concerns such as tire wear, we check our karts on a daily basis to assure that the brakes, steering, and seat belts are functioning correctly. A Liability Waiver simply states that you realize you will be participating in activities that can be dangerous, and that you are doing so at your own risk, and at your discretion. The Waiver also states if you feel at any time that the activities are unsafe, you will refuse to further participate. Everyone that drives our go karts, plays golf or lazer tag at our facility must sign a waiver of liability as specified by our insurance company. If your organization will be obtaining a 'Parental Release' for any minors in your group, this would be the most convenient opportunity to get this document signed by a parent, legal guardian, or even a single signiature by a chaperone can suffice. 'Minor's Assumption' instructions: Either a parent, a representative of your organization, or a chaperone is to print legibly each Minor's name in the left column (Minors are under 18 years of age), followed by the adult's signature on the right. When all minors sign one single document, a single signature at the bottom  of the page (as 'Witness') from someone such as a Principle or chaperone can suffice for all names on the document. 'Release and Waiver' instructions: people over 18 years of age are to print their names on the left, then their signature on the right.
